Board of Directors

Upon graduating from Lodi High school, Brian attended and received his Associate Degree from UW-Madison and returned to the family farm 29 years ago. They raise corn, soybeans, vegetables, and beef cattle. Brian also sells seed and inputs for Pioneer Hybrid.

Brian is a single parent with a son and daughter who both are very active in sports and activities in the Lodi school system. He was appointed to the Board in 2006 and has enjoyed getting to know more about our local Mutual Insurance Company, the board members, our customer base, and how to serve them better and more efficiently!

Alan served as General Manager for Merrimac Mutual from 1993-2008. He was appointed Director in 1969 and currently serves as President and Claims/Underwriting Manager of Merrimac Lodi Mutual. Alan is Past Chairman of WAMIC, former Director of Tri-County Farmer's Cooperative and Coop Country Partners and Director Emeritus of Community Business Bank of Sauk City. He is currently a Director of the Cooperative Network (formerly Wisconsin Federation of Coops).

Alan is married and he and his wife Shirley have six children and 12 grandchildren. He is a lifetime farmer and they reside near Leland.

Vicki was employed with Lodi Mutual Insurance for 17 years and became the Manager in 1996 and has been a Director since 1997. She was appointed the General Manager for Merrimac Lodi Mutual upon the merger of the two companies. Vicki has served on the WAMIC Board for the past three years and served as District Secretary prior to her board appointment. She earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2008.

Vicki is married and has two daughters and a son. She resides in Lodi with her husband, Randy and enjoys cooking, gardening, golf and her German shorthaired pointer, Bela.

Bill was born and raised on a dairy farm in northern Illinois, graduating from Eastern Illinois University in 1973. He and his wife Diane moved to the Sauk Prairie area in 1975 and raised their family of four children on a dairy farm just east of Plain. Bill has served on the Board of Directors since 2003.

Tim is married and has three daughters and one granddaughter. He is a dairy farmer in the town of Sumpter with his wife Marcia and daughter Sarah. His family has farmed in this area since 1876. Tim was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1999 and previously served as Secretary for Merrimac Mutual.

Pat is married and has two sons, Dusty and Kory. He has been farming for 31 years and has been dairy farming in partnership with his brother for the past 13 years. Pat was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1999 upon the retirement of his father, Alex. He resides in Lodi with his wife Bev.

Ron and his wife Joan farm 600 acres and feed out 150 feeder cattle per year. They have three children (1 deceased) and seven grandchildren. He retired from Oscar Mayer after 37 years of service and has been a supervisor on the Lodi Town Board from 2004 – 2010. Ron has been an active agent and director for Lodi Mutual Insurance Company since 1981 and was recently appointed to the Merrimac Lodi Mutual Board of Directors.

Keith is married and has five children and one grandchild. He was born and raised in Prairie du Sac and lives on the family farm with his wife Karen. He runs a small dairy farm with his cousin, milking 70 cows. Keith was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2006 and is the third generation of his family to serve on the Board.
